If your Crown becomes loose it is advisable to have it re-cemented as soon as possible.

Should your Crown have fallen out keep it secure as possible as you may be able to have it re-cemented back in place.  Sometimes, a root canal tretament is recommended if it was not preformed before the Crown was constructed.  Call us immediately in case this happens.
